Before buying replacement spring bars, you must measure the Lug Width. This is the internal distance between the two "horns" (lugs) of the watch case.

The "Tip" (or pivot) is the tiny end that goes into the hole in your watch case. If it's too small, it rattles and eats away the metal (egg-shaping the hole). If it's too big, it won't lock.
